What is Mewing.Nu? Mewing.nu is the collective of sites by Lilly Higgs. Click "bio" to learn more about me! What is a collective? A collective is a group of several sites all under the same domain name. So, while there are many sites that begin with ...mewing.nu, this is the collective of all of the sites. Where did Mewing.Nu come from? I actually acquired Mewing.Nu when I was but a young pup of 14. I loved cats and kittens, and "mewing" was a sound I was very fond of. As for the ".nu" part, I found that all of the other "mewing.etc" names were taken- and .nu was home to a lot of trendy sites that I had seen. Little did I know how much of a bother it was going to be getting the Mewing.Nu name- It turns out ".nu" is an extension in Pakistan, and my poor father had to go through a lot of grief to get the domain name. Now it's mine, and I'm going to just sit on it for now! What version is this? Ahaha, regrettably, this is only version 2.0! Mewing.Nu started with a hideously pink, Tokyo Mew-Mew covered page. I left it to stagnate while I worked on the other sites in the collective, and am only just now getting around to updating the collective's homepage. So for this version, I wanted to make it mellow and summery and yummy-looking. It reminds me of peaches and cream. So, who's the girl? Oh, that girl up there? Well, you could say it's anybody, since she's facing away, and lots of girls have long blonde pigtails. But she was based off of Penelo of Final Fantasy XII/Revenant Wings, who I roleplay with and was(and still am!) fond of when I made this version. Okay, so... will you host my site? No, Sorry... Mewing.nu is exclusively mine, and it's already bucking under the weight of my sites, I'd be nervous to add any more. Will you affiliate with my site?
